4. Legal Basis, Retention Times

Should the user intentionally communicate such data to FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO, the employees or collaborators of FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO, who have received specific privacy training sessions, will immediately delete the message sent without giving a reply.

Processing will be carried out in such a way as to guarantee adequate security of personal data, by means of suitable technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage ("integrity and confidentiality").
FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO considers the security of information, including personal data, an indispensable factor.
9. Rights of the interested party
The interested party has always the right to request to the Owner the access to his/her data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, the limitation of the treatment or the possibility to oppose the treatment, to request the portability of the data, to revoke the consent to the treatment asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simple communication to the Owner by email at archivio@remobianco.org.
In detail, FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO will handle the request of the interested party without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month from receipt of the request. This term will be extended to 3 months in cases of punctual cancellation of data. The data subject is also entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy the guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data is operative.
