Dear interested user, we share this information, provided pursuant to the "European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of theese ones" (hereinafter "GDPR") to those who interact with the forms of Remo Bianco Foundation (hereinafter "FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO"), accessible electronically from the address: www.remobianco.org

The informative report is rendered only for the above mentioned forms present on the website of FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO and not for other forms or websites possibly consulted by the user through links.

In particular, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we inform you that:

4. Legal Basis, Retention Times

Pursuant to Article 6 and 7 of the GDPR the provision of consent to data processing by ticking the appropriate box is optional, but essential to proceed with the sending of the forms described above. Pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c), FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO keeps only personal data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed ("data minimization"); therefore, users are requested not to share personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as to process genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data concerning health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person. Should the user intentionally communicate such data to FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO, the employees or collaborators of FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO, who have received specific privacy training sessions, will immediately delete the message sent without giving a reply.

Potential primary suppliers that could have access to, process, file, transmit and in general carry out treatments on FONDAZIONE REMOBIANCO's data and information are evaluated also on the aspect of information security and under the profile of safeguarding the Privacy of the Physical Persons whose data are processed by FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO.

7. Localization of the treatments

All processing operations described in this policy and carried out by FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO take place within the European Union.

 

8. Treatment modalities

Processing will be carried out in such a way as to guarantee adequate security of personal data, by means of suitable technical and organizational measures, from unauthorized or unlawful processing and from accidental loss, destruction or damage ("integrity and confidentiality").

FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO considers the security of information, including personal data, an indispensable factor.

 

9. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has always the right to request to the Owner the access to his/her data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, the limitation of the treatment or the possibility to oppose the treatment, to request the portability of the data, to revoke the consent to the treatment asserting these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simple communication to the Owner by email at archivio@remobianco.org.

 

In detail, FONDAZIONE REMO BIANCO will handle the request of the interested party without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month from receipt of the request. This term will be extended to 3 months in cases of punctual cancellation of data. The data subject is also entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy the guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data is operative.
